Rabe Rashidi Electronic Content Campus has started its activities to promote the scientific and cultural content of the national network of the country and to fulfill the goals of the strategic document for the development of cultural technologies. Achieving the share of the country’s electronic and digital content income from the world’s content production share is one of the other goals of setting up this campus.
Introducing the special science and technology area of Raba Rashidi
Rabe Rashidi was the oldest university town in Iran and the largest scientific, educational and cultural complex in the 8th century AH, from which the name of the special science and technology area of Rabe Rashidi was taken. Rabe Rashidi Special Science and Technology Zone of Tabriz is one of the five special zones that received permission from the Supreme Council of Science, Research and Technology (Ataf Council) in 2013.
In 1396, Danesh Banyan Network Engineering and Information Technology Analyst Company was responsible for the establishment and operation of the Raba Rashidi Content Production Campus through a memorandum of understanding with Raba Rashidi Science and Technology Special Zone. After two years of continuous efforts, the engineers and specialists of this company prepared this campus according to the latest standards of the world so that this campus can provide part of the academic and cultural needs of the country. Rabe Rashidi Electronic Content Campus was unveiled and officially started in August 2016.
